Without a Doubt started with a simple frustration: too many people were being left out. Our founder has celiac disease in her family and lives with alpha-gal syndrome herself, a condition that causes food sensitivities that make most bakeries off-limits.
She's always loved baking. She worked in a bakery in high school, and that joy never went away. So she built the bakery she always wished existed. Everything here is gluten free and fully vegan, not as a compromise, but because it opens the door for people who are used to saying "I can't have that."
That moment when someone takes a bite and realizes they actually get to eat this is why she does it.
Every single item. No cross-contamination worries, no "gluten free option" that shares equipment. The whole bakery is built this way.
No eggs, no dairy. Every recipe works without animal products and still tastes like something you'd go back for twice.
Orders are taken by the half dozen or dozen and paid via Venmo before pickup. Fresh, intentional, and made for you.
Our founder knows firsthand what it means to navigate serious food restrictions. This bakery was designed with those people in mind from day one.
